MARIJA MIKIĆ CONCERT AT SUMMER JAM BY SOMERSBY FESTIVAL
Marija first gained public recognition over a decade ago during the inaugural season of the music competition “Prvi glas Srbije” (The First Voice of Serbia). Four years ago, she released her debut song titled “Mili,” which marked the start of collaborations with numerous successful musicians. Among them was Minea, with whom she performed a rendition of the 1998 song “Rano.”
She is renowned for her unique performances of cover hits, which have earned her additional adoration from the audience. Furthermore, she is a popular voice actress and has lent her voice to hit movies and series such as “Alvin and the Chipmunks – The Road Chip,” “Ice Age: Collision Course,” “Zootopia,” “Kung Fu Panda,” “Trolls,” and more.
The Summer Jam by Somersby festival began on July 4th and will continue until the end of August. Concerts are held twice a week, ensuring fantastic entertainment during the hot summer months.
Following the performances of Željko Samardžić, Tijana Bogićević, Lexington band, and Marija Mikić, August will feature appearances by Emina Jahović, Džejla Ramović, Peđa Jovanović, and Nataša Bekvalac. Milica Đurović and Danijel Đukić will entertain guests on Thursdays.
The festival’s title sponsor is Somersby (Carlsberg Montenegro), with additional support from Adriatic Bank, Plantaže, Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism and The Capital Plaza center. Media partners for this year’s “Summer Jam by Somersby” edition include RTCG, Prva TV, Gradska TV, TV E, Drugačija Radio Stanica, and Play radio.
